Quotes are provided following a site visit and are based on the information and access available at the time. Any changes to the scope of work once started may affect the final price, and will be discussed with you before proceeding.
Work is scheduled by mutual agreement. We'll give you a realistic timeframe before work begins and will keep you informed of any changes.
Unless otherwise agreed, we source and supply all materials required for the job as part of the quoted price.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If something isn't right, get in touch and we'll come back to put it right. Specific guarantee terms will be confirmed with you as part of your quote.
Payment terms are agreed on a job-by-job basis and confirmed before work begins.
